Where are you located? We are located in south Lebanon/Gladeville, TN area. 

Do you ship? Yes! We are happy to ship all of our items. 
When will my order ship? Since most of our products are customized, we do have a 2 week processing time.  If you need something sooner, we are always willing to help when we can. Please email us at help@525designs.com for inquires on rush orders.
How will my order ship? We use USPS First Class, Priority, and UPS.
Can I pickup my order instead of shipping? Yes! We do offer local pickup for your convenience in the Cedars of Lebanon area near the 231S/Central Pk/Chicken Rd intersection.
What is your return policy?  Personalized orders are not returnable. If you have an item that has not been personalized, we will accept returns on a case by case basis. Please email us at hello@525designs.com
What is your refund policy? We offer full store credit (minus shipping). Cash refunds at our discretion only and should not be expected.
Do you accept custom orders? Yes! We love custom orders! Please email us at designs@525designs.com for inquiries.
