Where are you located? We are located at 8985 Stewarts Ferry Pike Mt Juliet, TN 37122 (in Gladeville)
Do you ship? Yes! We are happy to ship all of our items unless specifically stated pick up only.
When will my order ship? Since our products are custom ordered and printed just for you, we do have a 2-3 week processing time. If you need something sooner, we are always willing to help when we can. Please email us at hello@525designs.com for inquires on rush orders.
How will my order ship? We use USPS First Class, Priority, UPS and FedEx.
Can I pickup my order instead of shipping? Absolutely! Just choose "In-Store Pick-up" at checkout
What is your return policy? Returns are generally not accepted on custom orders.
What is your refund policy? We do not refund except in the case of defect.
